Our Parcels are sent via Royal Mail-2-3 working days.
Custom made gifts and large orders will usually be dispatched in 10-14 days but we do our very best to help where we can.

Large orders are sent via courier, which will require a signature.

If there is no one at home a card will be left to re-arrange delivery or collect from local depot.

If you would like your parcel sent to your place of work, or family or friends please contact us to change the address.

During the busy Christmas period we are unable to guarantee delivery times as they may take a day or two longer.

We offer Free delivery to all our local customers. Please contact us for details.

Orders between £0.01 - £9.99 = £2.99
Orders between £10.00 - £24.99 = £3.49
Orders between £25.00 - £49.99 = £4.49
Orders between £50.00 - £149.99 = £5.99

FREE POSTAL DELIVERY on all orders over £150.00

Courier rates for delivery are based on both parcel weight and parcel dimensions.
Our courier delivers on weekdays only and we will contact you directly to let you know when they are delivering your order at time of ordering.
During Public holidays please allow longer for dispatch and delivery,
Our products are made to order.
For Mainland UK delivery takes between 1-5 days for a small order and 7-10 days for a large order.

In the event of an order being lost or delayed we bear no risk and can not be held responsible for this as it is out of our control once the couriers have collected from us and it has left our premises.

Where goods have been received damaged a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Where the goods are signed for the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for, If  however a customer believes that a parcel is not in perfect condition it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
